This is for the news or grassroots section of the website for all visitors to see…even everyday visitors.  Go to the User Menu (which is only visible when logged in).  Select submit news, or document or form, etc.  If you select “submit news,” a page will open and you’ll see an editing page – similar to Microsoft Word or other data processing software editors.  Type in the Title of the article, select the category, and type your article. 

Play around.  If you make a mistake, you can easily make changes or simply cancel or delete the article.
