The ITA board passed a resolution creating the ITA Task Force. Click on the PDF to see the full resolution. Here are the main focus of this Commission:

1. Pledge ourselves to a more effective and efficient form of township government
2. To propose, support, and promote legislation favorable to Indiana townships and to oppose legislation detrimental to township government.
3. Secure the tools necessary for them to fulfill their obligations as public servants; and to strengthen and extend our form of township government in such a way as to provide to the citizens services to which they are entitled.
